Valley Brewing is the story of three best friends who wanted to carve out their little section in the craft beer scene to make amazing, small-batch brews. Probably just like you, Ethan, Korey, and Joe--Valley’s three owners--first learned about the magical world of craft beers during college. These three then spent the next several years visiting breweries in the Valley and the west side while making their own at-home experimental brews. They opened up Valley’s doors for the first time in 2017 and have been concocting unique hazy ales, pales, sours, and more ever since.

They’re conveniently located right off the 40^th Avenue freeway exit in a building the owners remodeled themselves by hand to make sure it is the most welcoming, fun space possible.

Don’t let first looks fool you, Valley Brewing is much larger than it seems at first glance. Wander through their doors, grab a couple beers and place an order for some food, and then continue heading out back to where the space really opens up. You will find a beautiful outdoor patio with room for live music, food vendors, and space for kids to frolic. Visiting during the winter months? Don’t worry, they’ve got you covered by converting the patio space into an indoor room with plenty of heaters to keep everyone warm even on the chilliest of nights.

Want even better news? Valley Brewing will be expanding in 2020, which means there will be more indoor space for you and your friends to hangout all year long.
